Spring Cleaning Workshop.
April 23, Sunday,10:00-12:30.
April will arrive in all her glory. Longer days and warmer weather. As we experience warmer days and the rebirth of nature, our bodies will need help to make this transition smooth. Our immune system and organs need a change of diet and activity to release the winter build up. With a little help from Ayurveda -The Wisdom of Life (yoga health) reminding us that we are all expressions of nature, this graceful workshop will consist of asana, to connect us to that deeper seed of the self, with some guided pranayama to cleanse and calm the body and ending with a Spring Cleansing Yoga Nidra.
Let’s plant new seeds for the coming seasons.

Wednesday Zen Day
This gentle practice will give your body time to repair itself from everyday stresses. This class is all about soft yummy movements and stretching the body with a touch of restorative and pranayama (breathing).
Help make space to relax the mind and find some calm in the chaos.
All levels welcome. 1 hour & 10 minutes. 9:00am.
~Friday Flow
A beautiful way to become one with your body and breath. This class is a gentle Vinyasa flow, one pose leading to the next and guided by the breath, allowing the body, breath and mind to flow together like a dance. Knowledge of yoga poses is helpful.
All levels welcome. 1 hour. 10:00.
~Sunday Meditation
Bi-Weekly.
This guided practice will take you deeper into the world of meditation. We will touch on a variety of meditation techniques & guided tools to help develop & maintain a home practice. Find stillness & serenity within.

The Yoga Sutras by Patanjali, is the book of sewn together knowledge of how to live a life through the yoga practice. The first thread,
Atha Yoga Anushasanam,
means “NOW we do yoga” or “Yoga is here and now, now we do Yoga.”
This forgiving sutra, reminds us that the past is in the past, uplifting our spirits & inspiring us to live well starting now.
This workshop with a deep focus on being present in you body will stimulate the body & mind, help us let go of tension, quiet the mind & senses, remove resistance, & uncover a deeper intention that will support our direction & goals for the new year - a navigation tool to align you with your deep heartfelt desires in your daily life, being more present & future vision.
The asana practice will consists of twists & core work to ground & stabilize, then gentle heart & hip openers connecting to our potent inner knowing to realize our full potential. Then ending with some pranayama & guided meditation.

SoulWork
December 4, Sunday, 10-12:30.
As we move into the winter season, this explorative and fun workshop targeting twists, hip openers and forward bends will prepare us for the transition into our own cozy cocoons. This smooth and fluid practice will be a combination of asana, warming up the body, as well as pranayama (breath work) and ending with Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation).
Allowing ourselves the much needed time to go deep into our practice, our body and fuel the primal self. Releasing toxins and toxic thoughts, bringing ourselves to a fully melted state of being.
$50, space is limited. All levels welcome.
