Once a month we will gather as a community to practice our love, knowledge and dedication to Yoga. This class is led by Ondine, calling out the sequence with little instruction so we can all be in the moment with our practice, in our bodies and breath. It is an opportunity to enjoy where your practice takes you, with time to go deeper in the practice you know and love, in every wonderful yoga way. $30.00.

This gentle Zen practice will give your body time to repair itself from everyday stresses. It is all about soft yummy movements and stretching the body with a touch of restorative yoga and pranayama (focused breathing).
Help make space to relax the mind and find some calm in the chaos.

This guided practice will take you deeper into the world of meditation. We will touch on a variety of meditation techniques & guided tools to help develop & maintain a home practice. Find stillness & serenity within.
