Ondine’s classes focus on breathing, opening up the body, creating space, flexibility, body awareness and positivity. As a teacher she weaves all her Yoga experiences together, with thoughtful sequencing, alignment cues, Yoga philosophy and communicating the essence of the pose so her students can become truly alive in their practice. Ondine teaches alignment based Hatha Yoga, with restorative, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra (guided body scan),
Pranayama (breath work), & Meditation.
All levels welcome.
Classes are 70-80 minutes.
10 weeks $200.00~Drop in $25.
