This guided practice will take you deeper into the world of meditation.
We will touch on a variety of basic meditation techniques & guided tools to help develop & maintain a home practice. Each class begins with preparing the body for sitting, coming into our breath using various pranayama (breath work). Then seamlessly flowing into various meditation techniques, including visualization, yoga nidra (body scan), & mantas.
